·Hi there,
I am a Newcomer to vintage Omegas. Last week, I saw this beautiful Constellation, at a clockmakers Shop here in Hamburg. He assured me that it was authentic, and in the inside it looked very well preserved. I bought it for 2100€. When I saw it at day light, I became suspicious because of the application of the omega logos. Also the Omega 2852 (wich is imprinted inside the casing) has a different Dial. So I went back to the guy, and he said that he knows not of these things and insisted on the authenticity. I took my money back.
Was that the right decision or is it just a version you can't find anywhere. Your advice is greatly appreciated!
