·The obvious way to find out anything will be to google images for "Vintage Omega Constellation" until a matching photo turns up, see if the reference number is mentioned and then google that...
I just did so and within thirty seconds I found a match - it's a reference 168.041 with a caliber 751 movement 😀
This will enable you to find out most of what you are looking for. The serial number on the movement will tell you more or less which year it is from.
