Vintage Omega Constellation Value and Origins Help

Well that is certainly unique... DO you own this? Photos obviously are at a jewelry counter of some sort.

What sort of history do you know about the watch?

I don't see anything wrong with the dial, other than not seeing any other examples of this color. But the printing all seems to match others in other colors (other than the minute track, which is perhaps too 'bold'?). I've got my suspicions on the dial itself in a few places, but that could be photography (and fingerprints!) not dial.

I'd be shocked however if those blue hands are original. Typically Omega would choose a contrasting color, not... that. There WERE blue hands on other models (I see some on lighter colored models?), but they all seem to be a darker blue than that, so they are a touch confusing?

This is definitely an interesting case. These models aren't popular for collectors, so there isn't a huge amount of info around for them, but perhaps someone here will know more 😀
