I thought you already paid $440? maybe there is a translation issue here. I have no idea where you would to to buy it, it is rare, but rare doesn't always mean valuable. If it is running well, $440 sounds OK for that to me. No working Omega in decent condition would ever go much below $400 really.
Well if you like it and if it is running OK then it is an OK deal. If it is not running OK and has issues it most certainly isn't a good deal. It could cost maybe $200+ to service, maybe more, and I can't ever see it selling for much more than $5-600 even if perfect. Just my opinion of course!
