Found on vinted this amazing C-shaped constellation with linen dial.

On a first glance everything looks /original. I noticed that the “swiss” label is missing at 6 o’ clock but I saw online other models with the same refence number without it.

Please let me know what you think of the watch authenticity and overall conditions.

I'd pass on this one. Dial is in bad condition, case is soft, the medallion on the case back is almost gone, something not right to my eye with the bezel and the movement is very dirty. This is a very poor example, there are a few on the sales page here in much better condition..

+1. The bezel should have sunburst radial brushing, which is not visible on these pictures (though quality of pics doesn’t necessarily mean it’s not there). In addition to other case problems, the two bottom lugs look damaged to me.

Hard pass! There are still good examples of these to be had, and I for one like my vintage dress watches to look like they could still perform that function.

Welcome @chrisgrb
I’m sure you would get more opinions if you posted in vintage Omegas not modern Omegas.

This c case is very rough.

The bezel is incorrect ( there are correct bezels without brushing but this one doesn’t belong on that watch)

Out of interest what is the asking price?

Thank you all for your advice! And apologies, I realised too late I posted in the wrong discussion channel..

Original asking price was 900EUR and but managed to get it down to 650EUR after some back and forth given that there is no service history and the movement looks quite dirty.

In conclusion, I think I'll be better off looking elsewhere for my first vintage connie.. thanks a lot again for your feedback! Very appreciated 😀

That case and medallion have been polished into oblivion. Plating is worn through on the lugs. Dial damaged and very dirty movement. Super hard pass.
