omega constellation redial??

Hi
i have found this omega constellation ref. 2652
the dial is very clean but i am not sure whether its a redial, and i could really use some help.
there are no movement pictures so i have already asked for some, and the service history is unknown so it will need a service.
the case looks polished to my untrained eye so a second opinion would be great
furthermore the price is 870€ is that decent?
if you can see any other concerns it would really be appreciated

Redial, look at the minute markers

crosshair lines are too thick

It is not a Constellation, it's a ref. 2577 Seamaster redialed as a Constellation... The case is all wrong for a Constellation and the dial has no star.
