hey guys,

btw. this is my first Thread.

I´m looking for a special ST 167.005.
I can´t find it on chrono and only found it in one catalogue.

Does someone know if this model with the numeric dial is rare?

Thank you for your help!

greetings

No doubt that certain dial variations are less common than others. However, this one can be found if you hunt hard enough. You may have to be patient if you are looking to buy one.

Personally, I prefer dials with a mix of markers and arabic numerals on a watch like this. The full arabic numeral dial looks like a weird mix of a military and a dress watch.

Arabic number versions of Omegas are most often seen in the UK market. There has been speculation that they were a special order available in the UK only. I had a manual wind Geneve using exactly those ridged applied numerals so they are seen on other series too.
