Need help to identify which model of vintage Omega Constellation this vertically brushed dial is correct for?

Hi everyone, I just found this dial for sale but I don’t know if it could be fitted for my project watches (that are 168.001, 168.004 and 14393). So if anyone knows what case this dial could fit, please help.
