Any advice on this omega jumbo?
Have been looking for a larger size gold or gold capped omega with date and not many options

Concerns are the dial looks refinishing, lots of polishing and the marker at 3 o'clock doesn't look correct?

For price, I'd suggest researching recent sales of comparable examples in auctions, on the forum, etc. I know it's not easy, but that's how everyone determines value. Or else, just negotiate the best deal possible with the seller, and enjoy the watch.

Yes, it is. That style is for US market IMO
