I thought I’d share my Omega Constellation Illustration I did a while back!

I bet that this is the sunburst effect (&shadow), not patina, though.:)

Nice drawing! Here's the non-date version I drew with light.

    It's a cal. 551, serial 19 980 xxx. What does it imply?

Nice drawing! I was just thinking of looking and if not posting a thread on what watch enthusiasts have in their home that is watch art display related.

I saw this guy's illustration of a Speedy in a Facebook Speedmaster group and I must say that I'm pretty much blown away!

Curious if there are any issues with Omega when doing something like this? I recall someone on a forum once "designing" a tee shirt around a Rolex model, and they were quickly shut down. I don't think Omega is as aggressive as Rolex in this regard, but I do wonder if there's some sort of exemption due to it being "art" or if there could be legal issues, since Omega does monitor the forums...

Great sketch, good job, like it. I saw a speedmaster sketch a while back that at first glance looked good but then I saw it had mixed a lot of parts, a franken ::facepalm2::

Well of you start to mass produce I would guess they would be hunting you down. But making a unique copy of a watch seems just fine. however, no expert just speculating. ;)
