welcome @juan luis

couple of things:
you would be better off over in the vintage section
showing us the detail on your documentation would help
we would need much better pictures to assess the watch (condition = value) - front, back and sides please (and hands away from the text)
is the bracelet gold? pics of the clasp (front and back) and any hallmarks present

Given the current price of gold, you likely won鈥檛 be able to sell the watch and bracelet for much more than the gold value. Some sought after models command a premium well above the gold value but yours doesn鈥檛 fall into that category.
The bracelet, which appears to be aftermarket, is worth the gold value plus 5-10%. The watch likely falls in the $2000-2500 price range. As noted by @Peemacgee it鈥檚 difficult to provide a precise assessment based on one photo.
