Hello,
I was looking for an Omega Constellation Pie Pan Deluxe, but I've come across what I think is a good deal, and that makes me hesitate!
Here are a few pictures:

From what I can see, this appears to be a Constellation Day Date reference 168.019. It seems to be in very good condition, and it doesn't seem to have been polished (or polished very little), what do you think?
It bears the inscription "OM SWISS MADE OM", for Solid Gold, which I find unusual, and the day is in English.

Also, I think this is an original dial which has not been repainted, even if the word Constellation make me doubt a little bitn what do you think?

It's priced at 2000 euros, do you think it's a good deal?

I'll just have to buy a gold omega buckle :)

Thank you!

It looks like a 168.029. The 168.019 is the model with a flat bezel instead of fluted. I was looking at a similar date only reference (168.027) not long ago, which I let go because of the price.

The dial and hands look fine. A solid gold dial does add to the price. Problem is that the case has been polished to death and it doesn't even resemble what it originally looked. Although the price is very decent, that case will need a full refinish to bring it to shape, and I'm not sure if it's worth the trouble.

This is how the case edges should look. In the above watch they're completely rounded.

As mentioned above, it’s a 168.029 and the case has been badly polished. Seems like a decent price for a solid gold watch and a beautiful dial but too bad the case is so bad. At least they didn’t polish away the observatory as well like they usually do.

OPs case isn't so bad that it couldn't be refinished to where even a good eye wouldn't know. But of course that adds to cost.

I agree with @X350 XJR

I also saw this on a coin website and was thinking of reaching out if it wasn't too much of a hassle

@GuiltyGear after seeing that case all my C-Case's are in this state of mind :D

I think these solid gold C case are gorgeous. But hard to find without polishing. Good luck with your hunt

:D The moody photos in the OP probably don't help the case (pun intended) either.
