Put this one on my save list. The dial is uncommon and to my eyes in good shape.

Uncommon in what particulars?

Many thanks for all your time and comments, really appreciate it! I will def save this watch. Now the hunt for next watch starts, have my eyes on Ranchero, but after reading up on it feels like there are a lot of fake dials etc out there... don’t know if I want to take the chance to buy one 🙁

Also a really old “rare” seamaster, but not really sure what to look for yet.

anyone know a good page for example vintage rare omegas?

many thanks again

How many constellation dials like that have surfaced? I own something similar with crosshairs but very few like this with those markers.

My first thought was sharktooth but figured it was the ref. plus sharktooth.

Your watch is 2nd generation (cal. 551).

The OP’s example is a 1st generation bumper movement. Far fewer of these.
