Omega Constellation 18kt 14381 Cal 551 Serviced and Perfect

In fantastic and all original condition is this Constellation 14381. Very sharp 18kt YG case with the angles and facets retained, correct slim line crown with the old logo and a case back to die for 😀

The dial is perfect and an eggshell white colour with raised baton indexes and golden hands all finished with onyx.




The movement is a beautifully clean calibre 551 which was serviced by my watchmaker about 14 months ago and has been worn a handful of times since then. It has a very early 17 million serial number and is one of the famous `20,000`, a series of 20,000 consecutive movements that achieved especially good results in certified chronometre testing of 1959.

I would say 90% reflection. I´ve just had it under a loupe and using that there are some very faint marks to the crystal in this area. really un noticable at normal size. I didn´t change the crystal when it was serviced as I bought this as a family piece I wanted to keep the integrity. It has had a Polywatch session from me though 😀
