Guys help me see, I find this 18k dial very special, because it has lines from the center going out, it creates small rays like sparkling light.Thank you

This has lyre lugs. Case is polished, but not terribly.

Doglegs came started around 1962.

This was originally a very special and desirable watch for collectors
If the dial had been original and the movement and case in good order, you may have been able to sell it for around that figure.
Unfortunately, as it has been redialled with incorrect fonts, and the case is quite soft (polished) and the movement looks to need some care and attention, it is unlikely that you will realise anything near that figure.
Someone may wish to buy it as a 'nice vintage watch with unusual dial' - but I suspect the market value is around half of what you are wanting to sell for.
