On a watch stated to be 18k, is the dial also gold, or only if “om” is written?

OM SWISS MADE OM was something seen on 1960's era watches, my Seamaster Piepans, Constellation Deluxes and Centenary models from earlier than that just have Swiss Made

As @dsio says, OM appears on Constellation dials in the late 60s.

Gold (deluxe) dials tend to have a slight vertical graining or (in pie pans) tend to be very shiny.

The watch you posted looks like a ‘standard’ 18k 2943 as opposed to the 2954 deluxe with a gold dial.
