Should be able to find one somewhere. The hands look find to me and might be expensive and hard to find. Might just start with the crystal and see how you go.

·I am wondering if the dial and hands were originally from one of the gold capped c cases? I have never seen the gold logo and star on a standard stainless steel case.

I was also wondering,but then I found the one with full papers and box,but that model was from 1968 and with 564 movement.
When I check by serial number of the movement on my watch,everything was ok.
It is very bful and rare model as well.

The hands are ok,but the minut hand is a little bit bend,it is not 100 percent narrow.Thats why I want to buy new ones or second hand in good condition.

·Those hands seem rose gold to me, and winning a small lottery is easier than finding Omega hands, let alone rose gold
5022 is the same story, I suggest Sternkreuz ATCR 296 - it was suggested to me by a forum member as well to test, I haven't tested it yet, but inspected it, and it seemed like a good substitute
You can message me for the rose gold hands if cost isn't an issue, I could part with a crystal as well
My honest suggestion is to just flatten and repaint the hands - it won't be noticeable since paint will hide the small flaws, and ATCR 296 seemed good, the ring/depth measurements seemed very compatible
