Hi all, I found this gorgeous Constellation day-date fm ‘70 for 2033€. What is your opinion? Is it original, worth the money, any issues fm what you can see fm the pictures?
I wouldn’t recommend buying it. The most glaring problem is that stain (damage?) on the dial at 52min. Then you have also an overpolished case, the lugs are soft. So original, but definitely not worth the money. Even with „radium“
Original? Probably. Worth €2033? Probably not. The wear on the dial is a killer for me. This is an average condition watch at full retail. gatorcpa
I’ve seen in the description it is mentioned ‘radium’ , but the T near swiss made doesn’t mean tritium?
This probably isn't worth more than gold value. €1k or less. I agree with everything above and to add insult to injury: the movement is supposed to be shiny. Google it
Correct, the T’s refer to tritium as this one post dates radium. In this condition it’s not worth the asking price.
For 800-1k it's a good beater watch to not be worried about. For more than 2k it should be of much higher quality than this overpolished Watch.
Hi all, Read all your comments, check over the internet, going myself pro and against so many times, but I just fall for this watch and finally just bought it for 2000€. Looking fwd to receive and to enjoy my precious, thx all for opinions and help!
Ya I understand being attracted to a watch but there is so many better watches you could get with that money. Still the deal is done so enjoy.
