·Hi and thanks for adding me to this forum. I recently acquired a beautiful Seamaster Cosmic 166.022 which is in superb condition BUT it has gold hands and markers in a stainless steel case. Did Omega mix colours like this or is it likely to be a later marriage of parts? As I say, everything looks original right down to the Omega marked crystal. It just seems strange that two watches in such great condition would have been sacrificed to create a “Frankenwatch”
