Omega CK2365 Fabrique en Suisse Movement Explained

Dear OF,

This one was snapped fairly quickly - took too much time to decide but at 33mm wasn't so sure... And got to keep the budget for this weekend's watch fair 😁

More interestingly - the movement is stamped "Fabriqué en Suisse" specific for the french market imported movements, but nothing is stated on the dial... And the case is swiss made.

Does anyone has an explanation ?

Last thing, I'm fairly confident the dial is original but the inner ring is creamier than the outer part - on other examples it seems to be the opposite...

This a cobbled together watch.
original CK 2365 case with wrong crown
movement is from a French chronometre
dial is from a swiss made CK 2365 - could be original but is hard to assess due to low quality photo

At least they took the trouble to put a 30T2rg in it and I guess the original french case had a gruesome fate...
