Is it $100USD or $2000USD? Makes a difference if you are asking "worth".

I think that the seconds hand has also been replaced and it could be a redial. The pictures are not sharp enough to tell one way or the other.

The given weight in the picture of 36.8g is useless. Figure about 30% to 40% of that is the case (about 13.5g) and only 75% of that is gold (10g). Current price of gold per gram is about US$60.

So $600 in gold melt, plus $100 for working movement is not too bad.

The number 2 marker seems misshapen, edges of dial look damaged. To my eye the cross hair looks redialled.

if you like it, buy it. I wouldn’t pay more than $400

You’d pay ~$200 less than the melt value? Harsh lol.

Can the Second hand be replaced back to the original onde? Would I find one to buy? How much would It cost?
(Thanks for all comments above!)

The seller builds his argument like this. Says he is selling a "watch" for around 100 Bucks and Gold for the rest of the price.

Between minute 59 and minute 1 the two golden indices aren't centered well. This could indicate that the dial was restored.

I guess so. The Black Cross in the seconds subdial looks repainted too.

It probably can be replaced, but you will need to go to an authorized Omega repair shop to do get the correct part. They will likely want to do a full service on the watch, which will cost more than its current value. So it is going to be difficult to find the correct seconds hand.

Then the seller should be willing to remove both the movement and crystal, then weigh the case separately for you.

My numbers are guesses only.
