not exactly sure which year this watch was produced but nonetheless in enticed me to buy it. I was wondering if anyone could help me authenticate the movement and assist me with what I should do with the watch. I was looking into sourcing a new acrylic glass for the watch but had no luck finding the right glass (with omega symbol in the middle). any advice would be helpful....

You can date the watch by the movement serial number. Just google the above.
The watch reference number should he inside the caseback.

Check the Omega Vintage Database searching by caliber. You may be able to find the reference that way.

According to the movement serial number, it should be from 1962.
