Omega Cal266 Unusual second hand

My cal266 has an unusual second hand. I have searched the net but have been unable to find another. Case is by Dennison number Any help would be appreciated.

I suspect redial, based on OMEGA font, dial and minute track "too pristine" for 70 yr old watch?

The small-second hand is not original, IMO, but that's not really a big deal. You can easily find one that is similar to the original.
