·I think its a dial from an early 1950 Omega with a cal.343 in it. The dial is from the leftover parts from an old autrian watchmaker. So i dont assume he redialed it.

·Authentic, maybe. But definitely repainted.
In general, I would suggest posting better photos. Clear, in-focus, with good detail in high resolution. And include at least one good straight-on view.
