Ok, kind of figured language issue.
I don't realy know, usually a tab or screw on one side or the other.
But, looked at image of the movement did not see any.
Old circut! Try removing the motor and circut board as it maybe under the board.
What is your native language? So I can try better communications.
The early quatz watches are a challange as they were in developing or expirametal stages.

I'm pretty sure you have to remove the motor module and then the circuit block assembly and then there will be a small red plastic button underneath the circuit block. Use a plastic probe to lightly depress the button and withdraw the stem.

Can't remember for sure as the last one I worked on was a few years ago.

On second thoughts, it's not like the one I worked on. I just checked and I was thinking of a caliber 1310.

So try this, there should be a small tab to the side of the stem just below the plate. Try that.
