I’m not an expert, but a quick google search only found Olympic broad arrows with complications at 3,6,9; not 6,9,12. Also, for a watch called broad arrow, these hands don’t look like broad arrows…

Nope, subdials can't be used for timing as a chronograph.

What would the subdial at 9 do? It goes to seven!?

Don't waste any time on that. It's a complete fake. There are a few variations its true but the one you show in post 1 has never been near an Omega factory.

Yes. It is a worthless Chinese fake. What more do you need to know?

thanks - the problem is that its current owner is a very unsophisticated guy without the ability to falsify even a fingernail...

I wasn't suggesting he constructed it, just purchased it in a flea market or from a looky-looky man when on holiday perhaps. Don't even give it another minute's consideration. It is literally worthless.

24 hour complication, let's you know if it's AM or PM, totally useless and fairly typical for most of the fakes and homages out there.

Definitely a fact that you should keep in mind when considering purchasing anything from this guy or anyone else like that. Falls under "buy the seller" advice.

If he believes it’s real, then he got taken. If he tries to convince you it is real, just say it’s not really what you were looking for. Best to not try and educate those who don’t want to be educated.

If you actually bought this , Congratulations! $ 10 in any currency would be too much. You can always use it as a Paperweight.
