·I’m not an expert, but a quick google search only found Olympic broad arrows with complications at 3,6,9; not 6,9,12. Also, for a watch called broad arrow, these hands don’t look like broad arrows…

Don't waste any time on that. It's a complete fake. There are a few variations its true but the one you show in post 1 has never been near an Omega factory.

I wasn't suggesting he constructed it, just purchased it in a flea market or from a looky-looky man when on holiday perhaps. Don't even give it another minute's consideration. It is literally worthless.
