·Thanks both. I did subsequently ask the boutique and they said it is not something they provide to clients, it is for internal use only. I did get it for my last purchase but hey things have perhaps changed.

·I let it bother me for about 24 hours, but now I couldn’t care less. Got the watch of my dreams, plastic tag is in th trash and I’ve come to terms with that now.

·I have 5 Omegas from an OB and 1 from private sale, none came with hang tags, didnt bother me.

·Just to add as I wasn’t very clear…. When watch was first presented the tag was on it. When it was packaged up I just assumed it was still on it. Got home to realise it wasn’t so hence why I posted the thread. Spoke to the OB the next day and got it confirmed they don’t supply it. Now I know that I’m not bothered. Cheers

Swiss OBs are very strict about removing all ancillary items such as hang tags, secondary packaging, etc.
while I have always had good experience (ie, they give you the entire set) with US ones.
