Here I have attached two photos of this strange, very old OMEGA Bombay Police Department watch which I have no knowledge about. Any information would be very handy.

Looks to be a re-cased lépine movement in a later wrist watch case with a fanciful re-dial.

I'll let @bubba48 elaborate.

West End Watch Co have been discussed on OF before. They imported from many makers in Switzerland, notably Longines. I see no reason they couldn't have bought from Omega too, but there may be members more familiar.

West End Watch Co have been discussed on OF before. They imported from many makers in Switzerland, notably Longines. I see no reason they couldn't have bought from Omega too, but there may be members more familiar.
