I assume that these are the last 3 digits of the serial# right?

Does the serial# begin with 122... or 125... this might be important to shed some light on the former use of the movement...

Starts with 122… and I plan on getting the extract soon

Going by your serial# your movement is sittting comfortably amidst the 1000 pcs number batch which was reserved for cal 372.

don´t order an extract - save your money!

I can tell you what you would receive:
"Reference OT 14306 (OT means 18K solid gold), watch sold to USA" and date of delivery.
You will not gain more information.

Good advice from someone who has spent a lot of time reviewing those archives and who literally wrote the book!
