Hi there. I have a 1970 Omega Speedmaster with a case ID of 145022-69 ST with the bezel misprint. Would the correct bracelet for this model be 1039/516 or 1116/575? I used this table, and it appears it can hold both? Really don't want to make a mistake on this one before I fork out serious $$ for an original (if I can find one!) [IMG] [IMG]

    There are differences in design.
1039 is an old fashoned flat links spring bracelet, not very strong so very rare now.
1171 is the next step in Speedmaster bracelet evolution, more durable than 1039, rounded links, no springs and still produced today
1116 is a more modern (1967-1968) bracelet than 1039 and it is the ancestor of most recent Speedmaster bracelets

    It won't work...

This 1171/1 is not time correct (produced in the 80ies)... should be a 1171 (1970-1980)
This one has 22mm 631 endlinks that are made for 1170 bracelet and 166.068 banana/poppy seamaster, it won't fit a speedmaster.
Price is... for a franken bracelet
