omega automatic, help needed

hi, i am thinking about purchasing this omega automatic.
some info:
- omega automatic caliber 490
- 32,5mm without the crown
- keeps time but service history is unknown

i have not seen an omega with the test omega automatic before and the text looks quite odd, is this just a poor redial?
secondly the second hand is only half but i can live with that.
dial looks quite clean and nice.
its only 32,5 mm which is obviously quite small, but i am not sure it would bother me
the price is 540 euro.

what do you guys think?
