Thanks. It’s odd though that you can still request one via their site. Nothing about potential delays to this service.

I am in the UK and ordered an EOA on 4th March, the digital copy was available on 27th March (only 2 days over the 15 working days) - this was quite early on into lockdown so not sure if things have changed but I was delighted to receive the email with digital copy and then hard copy in post a few days later.

I’m in the UK. Ordered EFTA on 29th March and the pdf copy was available yesterday. I’d assumed it wasn’t going to arrive until after lockdown as nothing indicated otherwise. Was a nice surprise.
