I'd leave it. The gold ceramic bezel can't be cheap to replace.

So I shouldn’t order a replacement bezel?? Lol.

Leave it as it is. Its a modern piece so a boutique will be able to give you one anytime you need it. More dings will come... Have a beer and enjoy it!

I plan to leave it. I was hoping other OF members would post pics of their first bashes and scratches.

Having it on an Velcro/Alcantara strap reduced bumping into stuff in my case to zero, the first month on the bracelet I scuffed it very easy. Or it could be I'm more careful now.😀

Has anyone put the SS on that cork strap? I look at the strap in the box and think that it doesn’t look strong enough to hold a 9k watch. It would have been great if the had put a NASA Velcro in that box instead

I did but I didn’t like it much. It was already bent so stayed in a funny shape.

I can’t believe they included that in the set. Wouldn’t have hurt them to put a nice leather or nato in as they have for cheaper models - or a nasa Velcro as you say

I agree, it doesn't look nice when strapped (lengthwise) and for durability/comfort I went with the Nasa SPV1 from Gasgasbones which was only €40.

My problem is that I am left handed and I wear watches on my left wrist. 🤪

Me and @MTROIS were at an OB last night and heard that there are still a few folks who have not received their 50th anniversary models yet. He just got his a few weeks ago...crazy, right?

Seems pretty typical, actually. Their new releases always seem to take 6-12 months.

I'm still waiting for the gold one. I think there have been some manufacturing delays but I'm assured it will come eventually.

Congratulations!

An amazing piece that screams "quality" on the wrist.

Ignore the Buzz Butt drivel. It is an iconic image and strikes at the heart of what this piece is all about.
