I hope someone can help me with an Omega 351 that I am trying to restore

The Cal is 351 early 1950 and it has a 2577-20 case, which appears to be gold plated

The movement case clamp missing. I am not sure if it should have a clamp or a spring?

There is a slot on the case, so I thought an angled clamp, but I have also seen pictures of a spring as well

The relief are area in the movement where the clamp or spring is attached is only 2mm wide, so its very small

Also, what is the part number for the screw and is the stem part number 72203401106 correct

Any help much appreciated. Thanks

It's a clamp, this is the one:

Choose 1106 in the list here: https://www.ebay.de/itm/16548774916...CLsASuiK7uz+6JU+7sqgdXUlIc|tkp:Bk9SR-7IhaqkYw

That's your stem. Generally, replacement stems are easy to find on eBay, just search for "Omega 351 stem". Note that you'll have to shorten them to the right length yourself.

Case 2577 with Cal 351 uses case clamp 332.1911

Case clamp screw on Cal 351 should be 2145

Stem is 340.1106. As noted, you'll need to shorten to size, best buy a spare if you haven't done this before.

All show up on a quick eBay search.
