··faux legendAs shown in OPs post above, 2281 should be the case clamp screw for caliber 503. I think it is the case clamp that is dependent on the case reference, but the screw is movement specific. Hopefully an expert can correct me if that's not right.

Case clamp screws for Cal 503 were originally specified as 2281. Subsequently updated in a service bulletin to 2297.
Both show up in a quick eBay search.
