Seeking advice on this model as it’s chronometer rated in all cases should the movement be marked 5positions and temperature's
Also am I correct in thinking rose gold is highly desirable case

not necessarily so - some movements are marked this way, others lack this text. Both are legitimate variants.
Gold colour is a matter of personal taste. I myself love rose gold, others prefer yellow. More important than gold colour is the condition of the watch - this is what commands the value.

Thanks for that I believe there are two sizes 33mm and 35mm does one command a higher price
