Omega 265 small seconds dial question

Hi guys,

I've seen this watch for sale and it's advertised with original untouched dial.

Considering its 65 years old I was wondering what you experts thought on the dial, as others I've seen this age I've never seen that clean. I also wondered if had someone added Lume to the numbers along the way as again I've never seen that, would that have been an original feature? I looked in the OVDB and could find what I was looking for.

I know someone here will know if
The case number etc matched the design etc.
