Can anyone tell me which movement a 2006 Aqua Terra is likely to have in it?
I believe there are. A,B,C, and D movements basically the same just improved versions of each other.
And is the anyway to check?

Thanks, the one I'm looking at is the 2500B.
Does anyone know how to calibrate the movement?

Another question if I may. How turns to wind the watch up fully.
When I wind it after about three turns, I hear a click, like the dates changing, but it's not.
Is this normal with the Omega 2500B movement?

Are you thinking about trying to service and regulate the movement yourself?

If you google it there are plenty of sites that probably show the watch and this information. Make sure you don't change the date when watch is set between 9pm and 3am. It can break it.

Wind it 60 or so turns and see if it keeps good time. If you have no record of a service in the past 5-10 years then it likely needs one.

Not servicing it, just check how to adjust the timekeeping.
It's easy on some eta movements, But this looks different.

I wouldn’t recommend trying to do anything on your own with a coaxial movement.

Agreed with this watch, some other eta movements are a doddle.
I'll leave this one to the experts.

The 2500 has a free sprung balance and is quite easy to calibrate if you have the right tool and knowledge/experience/skill.

I've calibrated many movements, I wouldn't attempt a 2500 (or any other free sprung balances).
