I don't have, I am trying to get some. I've never seen such an old Omega with 2 subdials.

Looks to me like a “put together” anomaly, likely out of Eastern Europe somewhere. Subsidiary dials without the added buttons to operate them. The watch appears to run, but the only sub register that is operating is the one at the 9:00 position, the sub register at the 3:00 appears to do nothing, and no way to operate it. I think the movement began life in a small open faced pocket watch, converted to a wrist watch with mis-matching parts, and a faux Omega dial.
