Omega 18 LPB Pocket Watch Click Spring Help

Currently, I'm in the process of making a click spring for this Omega pocket watch movement. However, I'm a little stuck.
Does someone know how that spring should look like?

If you take off the click, is there a small hole in the underside?
And also a small hole in the barrel bridge under the click?

The only small hole can be seen on the picture close to the click.
