Ive had this watch for a few years now, it runs ok. Bezel insert is almost perfect.

The dial is confusing. I've found some on google with the same dial and some with the grey. I am aware that the grey was a batch of service dials. My Q is - is this dial good for the 068 Poppy?

I've never seen a poppy/banana with a dial design like that, it looks more like a Seamaster Pilot dial to me. Incorrect seconds hand too obviously.

I've seen them too but I've generally assumed they were service dials or coupled with NOS parts to create a new build. But I suppose anything is possible and I guess the more examples that you can find the higher the likelihood is that some were released like this.

To me it looks like dial from a 166.0177. But yours should have a cal. 565 right? The 166.0177 has a 1012.

kind regards, Max

Yes it’s a 565. Chatting to someone else he has said the feet on the dial are different.
