Omega 166.003 - Redial or not?

Hello,

Looking for your opinions on whether this Omega 166.003 has been redialed. I am in the process of purchasing this watch, and to my eye (and according to the seller), the dial is untouched, but a friend of mine caused me to have some last-minute doubts. What do you think?

Some of the text looks slightly thick but I think that’s the picture quality.

Yes, I recall and it is an anomaly.

I think the hands are original but when I got the watch they’d been badly relumed and I got them cleaned out. (Original seller’s photo below)

That said, the same i***t who relumed the hands may also have had a go at the lume dots, but they aren’t so intrusive.

I’m not sure if painted or onyx inlaid but I’ve tried a blow-up and possibly inlaid.
