Omega 145.023 question

Hey all. I’ve been stalking the 145.023 model lately, but I am curious about variations. Everything I’ve found online references the Seamaster model that’s multicolor. I’ve seen a few in black badged as Speedmaster, but haven’t unearthed anything referencing these specifically. Are they legit, or franken models?

None left the Omega factory with a Speedmaster dial. Could be franken or fake dials.

I do like the colorful dial.

The last r in speedmaster on the black dial looks funny.

There are two on chrono24, and both seem off on the printing.

The black dialed where done in Venezuela by the Omega rep there , on the case back they have a number , after from where the dials come nobody knows it.

In the past there was an arricle by a portoguese dealer who tried to reconstruct the story of these tungsten speedmasters. Many appeared on the market and some of them where issued with the EOA confirming the black dial.
