Omega 1040 vs 1045 Center second compatibility ?

Hi everybody.

Does someone knows if 1045 and 1040 center second diameter have the same or not ?

I checked a spec sheet and I may be mistaken, but I think the part is listed as a Chrono Runner

Part 1705/1045 and 1705/1040

1045 part was used in 2 Lemania models and one Tissot

1040 only used in the 1040

Neither listed as compatible

If I'm wrong. Someone will correct me

Thanks DON and all my apologize because my question was not enough clear?
I was looking for the Chrono second hands not for the wheel, can I use a central second hand from a 1045 to a 1040 ?

Hands not listed, so can't check for to see if compatible

Just keep checking Ebay and search either omega 1045 sweep hand or 1040

You don;t say which one you need

In fact, I need a central second hand for a Lemania 1341 movement which is the base of the 1040.
But I can only find one for a Lemania 5100 which is the base of 1045.

Like I didn't find any information regarding hand hole diameter, I was expecting that more ressource were available on Omega Side.
