Hi All,

I'm working on an Omega Seamaster 166.0206, 1973 with 1012 caliber and I'm missing the last piece of the puzzle :
Date disk 1010-1580 White or silver. I have a plastic gold one but my dial is white.

I've check all possible websites, ebay etc .. and i can't find this item which is out of stock everywhere.

I'm looking to put back the watch 100% in his original condition for the future but for the time being I wish to find an alternative to reassemble the watch and wear it.

- Is there any other omega items or whatever generic brand that could potentially fit (1000* / 1020*) even if not perfect ?
- What about reprinting (on the gold one) ? is there some technics that could be recommended ?

thanks
Louis

Silver is 10101580A

White is 10101580BL

Omega still has them, so you could send the watch to an Omega approved watchmaker to have it fitted.

Or you could contact a dial printing company, and have your existing date indicator reprinted.

Don't give up, a donor watch could even cost less than $150

For around $100 and sometimes less you see 1000 series movement and bunch of others parts go for on eBay

Interestingly no one sells the date disk individually at the moment, but 1000 series movements are really not that in demand

As an idea, you can message parts sellers on eBay, they usually have inventories they don't list and they sell unopened parts from Omega prices, so expensive, but at least it should solve your problem for around $50

thanks !
I tried to contact several vendors to ask for non listed parts but it wasn't successful.
I actually found a donor, working and in great condition, for 200 euro so I'll swap the disk and keep it for another project or spare-parts.
