In case you're not Swedish it says Animagnetic, Waterproof, Chockprotected on the back in that countrys preferred language.
Thanks for the info. When I searched for Omega suverän at chrono24, watches with similar color was priced to over $ 2000.- Is that a reliable price for these watces?
IMO, at any given moment in time, the vast majority of Chrono24 listings represent unrealistically high asking prices. If you give us more context, we may be able to help you.

According to the serial number, it is dated to 1944. It was bought in a norwegian watchmaker shop at that time and has only had one owner. When I wind it up, the spring slips after some windings so I think the spring mount is broken. Will it be an easy task to fix that?
Wonderful watch and I dig the puffy lume numerals! For the movement serial number dating, and others may know better than I, the serial number dating to 1944 may be a bit of a misnomer. From what I've learned, the 10mil serials started production in 1944 but yours may have been produced some years later. For example, I have a ck 2414-2 with a movement serial of 1000253## that many online serial databases gave the 1944 production year, but when I received the Extract from the Archives from Omega for my watch I found out it was produced in 1946. Might not make a difference for you but I'd figured I'd share. For the spring slipping, mine also did something similar when winding. Turned out to be a broken main spring that needed replacing. It was an easy fix for mine when I took it in to have an overhaul service.
I have already bought it for under $ 200.- In the other post I said that watches like this with the same color had an asking price for over $ 2000.- on Chrono24.
