I found this old omega watch in my grandma's closet, she was saying that this watch is 60 years old (approximately) and I was wondering how much does it worth or what is the model can anybody tell me because there is just omega written on it, no model names.

how much does it worth

Not very much.
It has a base metal plated case, badly damaged dial, mismatched hands and missing seconds hand.
An interesting memento, probably dating to about 1910 or thereabouts, so as @Spruce noted, a LOT older than 60 years.
