Hi, I purchased the old Omega pocket watch. Am new to pocket watches and haven’t messed around with it yet. What do you think is wrong with the face of it? And I can’t make out any omega markings or numbers on the inside. Is this normal?

Welcome
The movement photo is pretty bad so really hard for me to see and help ID but others may recognize it none the less.
Case is probably the most interesting part of this watch; Omega signed case w/medallions isnt too common, and I believe it is Silver (.800) as well.
Dial is porcelain so it is fragile and yours has had a fall or three causing the dial to crack and break. No fixing that, live with it or source a replacement (eBay or other) is the only option.

Many Omega PW from that era will have the serial #s on the dial side of the movement - who knows why.

What are my chances at finding a new Dial? What should I be looking for on eBay? Thanks!

Circa 1900 PW
Have your WM figure out what movement you have, where the dial feet need to be and measure the diameter of the old dial.

Then.........good luck

I'd keep the original and just enjoy it.
