Old case back FAKE or LEGIT

Hi was looking to buy an old case back in better shape than mine for a MarkIII , on EBay they was that one looks perfect , no laser engraving was close to buy it until I saw this.

OVEGA instead of OMÉGA never see that , any idea ?

I've not seen or heard of this as an error (for what that's worth). The Venerable Maddox wrote quite an essay on the Mark series and there's a lot of variation in the III's (http://www.chronomaddox.com/MarkSeries.html) but I'd step away from the one you've shown.
