Does it have to be auto-renew? Can we not be sent an automatic message as the year end approaches and do a manual renewal? I know that it’s better for business to create purchase inertia, but when I disappear because suddenly my interest in vintage watches has been replaced by a desire to start breeding rare fungi, I’m going to want to use the money to support the i❤️Mushrooms forum and I’ll have forgotten that I’m still funding you watch nerds.
I know I can put a note in my diary reminding me to stop the subscription, but, well frankly, I’m not very good at dealing with that sort of high level financial management.
